Window and Sliding Glass Door Product Warranty

Every Clearview product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation. Every dual-glazed unit is warranted for a total period of five years for defects in material and workmanship of the insulating element. Vinyl window and door products are warranted for ten years against defects in material and workmanship of the vinyl extrusions.

Any defective product will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of Clearview and in accordance with SB800. This warranty does not cover removal, reinstallation, damage to interior finishes, or shipping and handling charges.

This warranty does not cover any products which have been subject to improper installation, lack of maintenance, misuse, modification, alteration, including application of window tint, or damage due to fire, flood, earthquake, soil movement, or other causes which are beyond Clearview’s control; damage to the finish due to environmental conditions, including salts, chemical, pollution, or corrosion; and damage due to the use of petroleum based solvents used to treat or clean the products after installation of stucco.
